Tomas Cerny received and Master’s degrees from Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FEE) of Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU), and M.S. degree from Baylor University, TX. He is currently an Assistant Professor and a Ph.D. student at Computer Science at FEE CTU in Prague. His area of research is software engineering, model-driven development, enterprise application development and networking. Tomas is the ACM-ICPC service lead developer and is involved in multiple projects build on the top of Java EE involving JBoss technology.
His master's students Vaclav Chalupa, Lukas Rychtecky, Tomas Linhart, Karel Cemus and Zdenek Dusatko, involved in the JFormBuilder research are finishing their master's thesis on the topic and most of them are applying for doctoral studies at the FEE CTU in Prague.
